Fiber One
Just incase anyone is interested...I have found at Wal-Mart some Fiber One cereal..one kind that they have is caramel delight..and in a serving of it..it has 9 grams of fiber in it... i was in there about a week later...if that..and seen another one that they had put out..and it was honey clusters..and it has 13 grams of fiber in a serving..i have them both..and have tried them both and they are both really good..i know that i don't and i am sure others don't get all their fiber they should be getting..so I thought that I would let everyone know about this cereal incase you are interested!!!
