Changes
I made up next week's menu plans last night. I've been tracking my calorie intake on fitday.com, and I'm consuming way too many calories at lunch time with the frozen meals. I'm going to go back to my pita sandwich, with spinach, tomato, cheese, lunchmeat, and mayo, plus a fruit and yogurt. Only if I have to take my lunch with me to work will I use the frozen meals. Also, I'll go back to buying 1% milk, as well.
Breakfast
1-1/4 cups Cream of Wheat
1 cup 2% milk
1 banana
2 cups coffee
20 oz. water
Lunch
Marinated beef
Mashed potatoes with gravy
Mixed vegetables
Mandarin orange slices
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
2 medium whole wheat pita pockets
16 oz. water
Dinner
Leftover Roman Chicken Pot
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1 can vegetable soup
1-1/2 cups 2% milk
