Waking Up

Glad that its not just me! I really like that feeling of being so ready to go and not be laying there not wanting to get up.
And since you mentioned it.. i have noticed a huge difference from when i do exercise and from when I don't..i feel SOO much better when I just walk for 30 mins a day..i feel like such a better person..amazing how exercise can make you feel so much better..even attitude wise.
I have noticed on days even when i eat to much at dinner..how miserable i am afterwards...i feel like i could just throw up..it makes me sit and wonder how i even let me get this big..its disgusting!!
