I'm not sure you need to look online for some "good food", I think you just need to learn what works for YOU... and be accountable for what you put into you're belly
For me... I have learned that WW works AWESOME for me. I have *never* stuck to any WL plan like I have with WW (I do it online- no meetings) I find that just making myself accountable for what I put between my lips... THAT has helped tremendously! I have just passed my 5 month mark and as of this a.m. I have lost 28 pounds :) I can really see WHY they say WW is NOT a "diet". Cause it is just a tool in learning NORMAL eating habits. Each month I notice they are sticking with me more and more... I will *think* before I eat something- though I DO eat whatever I truly WANT... I just THINK about it first. Make the wisest decision fir that day... and move forward from there
