VSG - How do you eat without throwing up?

Just had VSG and I have one more week of creamy liquids phase.  I have thrown up with creamy liquids.  Seems the stomach doesn't like creamies as much as the clear liquids.  I didn't upchuck with clear liquids. Next week I'm supposed to be able to start  eating normal food albeit in MUCH smaller quantities.  How do you eat without throwing up? That is the question!  I HATE HATE HATE hurling.  It really ROTS!  Any advice will be sincerely appreciated! I'm losing weight FAST!  20 POUNDS in two and half weeks!  Wow!

I think this post may have landed on the unintended board.  I don't think any here have had the VSG.  I would try the VSG board or the DS board. I'm sure there's plenty of people on both boards that can help you with this.

I'm wondering if you've become lactose intolerant?  What type of milk have you been adding to your cream soups?  Are you doing better now and not throwing up?  I hope it's better now and those on the VSG forum were able to give you advice. Congrats on your weight loss.
