Hmm, I thought that was interesting. I'm half asleep so I'll have to go back later and read it again. I wi**** actually gave you the right numbers of calorie intake for weight loss. I've heard trainers doing this of course, but never really thought about doing it myself. But for one I don't do much exercising. I do have to start though, and soon! I've been having a few scares with my body recently.
I think I'll look into this more, I really like the idea of fluctuating my calorie intake. I get bored easily, and although that is a stupid reason to do it this way, but it might keep me inspired more. I've always hated routine, HATE it worth a passion. If you happen to know about the caloric levels let me know! :)
As for the carbs, we all know they are right. But it didn't really get into the amounts that are actually "good" for you. So this to me made the article regarding this useless. Of course we know not too eat many carbs and to try to keep them only to simple carbs as much as possible.
