My daughter, who's also doing WW, gave me this recipe....yummy
1 32oz container Dannon Light & Fit vanilla yogurt
2 small pkgs. sugar free jello (any flavor)
2 cups boiling water
FF whipped topping (optional)
Mix jello with boiling water, stir in yogurt until completely mixed
Pour into custard cups, parfait glasses, whatever
Top with FF whipped topping
Makes 8 servings....1 point each if on WW
Per serving:
50 calories
7g carb
0g fat
4.5 g protein
4.5 g sugar
Satisfies a sweet tooth....good snack/dessert for kids too (my grandchildren love it)
