Body Image/Self-esteem challenge
Recently there was talk about a self esteem - body image challenge... but no one came up with one...
SO...
The other night I was watching "How to Look Good Naked" and came up with an idea. I challenge everyone to stand in front of a full length mirror naked and find 3 things to compliment themselves about - every day for a week.
At the end of the week we will have each found 21 kind things to think about ourselves!
Any takers?

Nope - not kidding. there are things to compliment... maybe nice legs or arms.. maybe good hair or well shaped feet... the fact that two people were so quick to respond that there was NOTHING good to find means that this is really necessary!
I can tell you now that I LOVE my boobies. I have fantastic boobies.... Great skin too... and lovely hair. those are my 3 for today :) so again, I CHALLENGE you to find nice things about yourself.

I know what ya mean by it going to be hard to do. I for one can't even hardly think of anything. BUT, I do know that my self esteem is way low, and for what it seems...it seems like you guys self esteem is right there with me if you can't find anything good to say about yourself. If not physical, how about mentally. Look in the mirror and come up with three things that you like about yourself, inside or outside.
I really like this idea, I'm in. I for one think it would be a good reminder every day to see what I look like. I hardly ever look at myself in the mirror for that long, if any. I for one think that is why I got so big. I never realized how fat I have gotten!! I also never compliment myself. Between the two, I think maybe it would be a good eye opener, to see what our flaws are, our strong points and our weaknesses so we can work on them to better ourself.
My two cents.....and I'm in. :)
I got to go, but I'll write my three later.
