I'm putting you down. You know you can do it. You will probably lose quite a bit, especially with the exercise you are doing. Like you said, start making those changes slowly and just see where it takes you.
I'm very happy you've returned to the forum. My work schedule has been extremely hectic now with my new job duties or I would be more active on this forum.

Put me down for 20lb...I'm at 275 right now. That gives me about a lb/week....doable, but still a challenge for me to be consistent.
