How U gonna move today?
Me = feeling better today from a nasty head cold (possible sinus infection - NOOOOOOOO)
did 30 minutes of floor stuff ball, push ups, yoga
after work: 45 minute walk in the hills
Yesterday the same, but a mere 20 minute walk after work - got nasty outside and my headache was coming back. Usually a walk will help, but this made it worse. Thought I'd better cool it.

Yesterday: walked the mall, cleaned the house, cooked, and walked through the woods which was wild.. there was quite a bit of climbing up and down. It was a tad painful on the knees, but interesting.
Today: 1/2 hour on the bike to start.. then off to the gym for an hour of supersets.. back home and on the couch with a cup of coffee and quiet time.. then probably back on the bike for at least 30 minutes.
