How U gonna move today?

Me = feeling better today from a nasty head cold (possible sinus infection - NOOOOOOOO) did 30 minutes of floor stuff ball, push ups, yoga after work:  45 minute walk in the hills Yesterday the same, but a mere 20 minute walk after work - got nasty outside and my headache was coming back.  Usually a walk will help, but this made it worse. Thought I'd better cool it.  How 'bout YOU?

Well yesterday I went to the gym. 20 minutes on the bike, 20 minutes on the elliptical, and 10 minutes on the tred.  Today hmm...after the doc's office and going out to Uno's with the girls I might pop in TurboJam and do 20 minutes of that just so I get some kind of exercise in.

Yesterday:  walked the mall, cleaned the house, cooked, and walked through the woods which was wild.. there was quite a bit of climbing up and down.  It was a tad painful on the knees, but interesting.

Today:  1/2 hour on the bike to start.. then off to the gym for an hour of supersets.. back home and on the couch with a cup of coffee and quiet time.. then probably back on the bike for at least 30 minutes.

I trained today. He kicked my ass. I'm done for the day ; )

Otherwise, walking to the parking garage and walking the dog.

I've walked a 1/2 mile thus far and will be walking the other 1/2 after work. Tonight I also have karate. I think we'll be sparring which always equals lots of cardio!
