wow!  full plate you have there!  And you sound like you are doing all you can for your best health. Sounds like it is a matter of watching your food intake.  I have the same issue, basically, but have perhaps more time daily for daily exercise.  It is hard to find that kind of time with kids at home!   Bless you...for being there for those kids.

Bless you...for being there for those kids. Thank you.  We really didn't know what we were getting into when we adopted each one as an infant.  None of us are biologically related.  I have learned more with these guys than I ever did in college or while I taught school.  I love children. Yes indeed, I have a very full plate.  It is nothing like life was when I grew up.  And it certainly is not like "Leave it to Beaver"!  LOL

Hi - My son is ADHD - inattentive and an aspie they arent the easiest kids to parent but they sure are interesting! I have found that putting my son on a very low sugar/starch program has helped immensley with the ADHD...  eggs and sausage for breakfast and he does great....  cereal = chaos!
