Weekend! How you gonna stay on track? and how about a week in review?

Still smarting over Sunday's gain.
DH and I ate all the popcorn in the house on NYE (use an air popper), so we won't have any more until I pick it up tomorrow morning. I have eaten it every day for months and I actually don't miss it!
Dinner tonight: pasta, sauce and stewed tomatoes; PB and fruit for snack
45 min workout at Curves tomorrow morning, then breakfast of Fiber One and banana
Just hoping to get my zest back -- work has been a real drag

Monday:
I walked about 6 miles... had some eggplant left from Christmas and some chicken, buttered toast.. I also had SF pudding and whipped cream. I munched on pecans and mixed nuts all day.
Tuesday:
I walk 3 miles.. had the last of the eggplant, collard greens, spaghetti squash, buttered toast, and chicken. I also had SF pudding and whipped cream. I also had a piece of chilled chocolate cake. I walked 3 miles that day.
Wednesday:
BACK AT WORK.. 3 protein shakes, a few hot peanuts, a piece of chicken breast w/ provolone on a low cal piece of bread..
Thursday:
3 protein shakes, a can of green beans, a can of collards w/ sausage, a few hot peanuts..
Today:
2 protein shakes, mixed veggie stirfry w/ sausage, the last of the hot peanuts.
Overall since returning from home, I haven't had much of an appetite. I've been asked to lunch several times.. and told them I don feel like eating, and the truth is.. I really don't. If my stomach didn't growl, I wouldn't eat. I've been drinking water like crazy, but I usually get in a gallon to a gallon and half a day. I STAY going to the restroom. This morning I was showing ketones, so all is well.
This weekend.. Walking and eating light..

I have had a slow start up on myself this week- been trying to get back in the normal grind here- did get through to MIL that there was NO baking! That was a help!
After having so many sweets around- it's hard to get OFF the things! But my dd came up with something I can have now and then to tweak the sugar need! Leave it to a 6 y/o in Alaska with a wild erg for s'mores!
2 (long sheets) graham crackers
2 regular sized marshallows
Place 2 marshmallows on 1 graham cracker (the whole sheet) and nuke them for about 15 sec. When HUGE and puffed up... put the 2nd cracker on top :) There ya go!

1 point for 2 regular sized marshmallows.... and they become like FIVE when nuked :)

Anyhow- I'm trying! I got my water IN today! Stayed within my points range. Didn't get ANY exercise. Unless you can count BRAIN exercise! (darn! I didn't think so)
This weekend I hope to get out some- it's cold and the roads are icy and slick. I haven't started my car in two days much less walked :( I DO plan on getting all my water and sticking to my new lifestyle! I want to drop at least another 10 pounds before we head for Disneyland in 8 weeks! I have to log my weight in a few days- GOTTA do well this weekend!
Hang in there everyone! We WILL get there!
