Anyone know the calories in a banana?? I've looked all over the web and keep getting different answers?

I think they are about 100 cal. for a medium one.  They are high in carbs though.  Probably better off with an apple, less carbs. Brenda

lol!! I have no clue!  I torture myself like this all the time! hehe      Commercials do it to me as well. That's why I got a DVR so I could fastforward!

Actually, just messing with you back, you deserved it.  LOL But, now, I am taking some meds for health reasons and don't get so hungery, so hopeing that will help me to stay on trac****il I have WLS. Kim

True, but don't make them off limits.  Eat preworkout and the sugar is not a big deal.  Also eat greener and the sugar is less at the time than fully ripe.
