Need some help please!!!

Alright...so at first i was looking into surgery...i know that i can lose the weight on my own..can anyone give me any pointers on what they have done or what they are doing that may help me out??? I know exercise.in the process of getting a treadmill to start walking on it everyday...if anyone could help and give me some good ideas for fast breakfasts..and such..it'd be awesome!!! I have been trying to find a good healthy smoothie recipe...

The best meal replacement shake I ever did consisted of 1 scoop of Whey Lean protein, 1 scoop of green food and 1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil blended in 8 oz of water and 1/2 c strawberries.  I used to do those in years past.  Actually, its quicker to do the fats and proteins in the morning now.   I would tell everyone here what kind of plan you're doing so those who are familiar with it can post some samples. If you're doing low carb I"ll tell ya that I do a fried egg w/2 pieces of bacon or fried egg with mozarella w/no meat.  When in a desperate mad ru****ake a precooked beef patty and egg patty from the freezer and microwave for 1 minute.  Totally on the go is when I pop open a package of Oscar Meyer Shaved turkey, grab a handful, and eat it on the run.
