Officially one week in.....

The Phentermine? It is an appetite suppresant prescribed from your doctor. It cuts out all of my cravings and I am usually never hungry. I don't crave anything and nothing ever sounds good to eat. Usually now even though it is bad my calories are extremely low....but hey WLS patients have low calorie intake. Umm...the pill gives you a little more energy, I don't get tired during the day which is nice. I always have energy to work out. I have had a side effect with it I noticed it last Friday and last Saturday. Friday night I was at my younger brothers basketball game and he shot for a 3 pointer which would make it his 3rd one in the first quarter (yea he's good lol) I must have gotten too excited and raised my BP because all of a sudden my heart was pounding like it was going to come out of me. I sat there took a deep breath and was like oh man so I had to calm myself down. Same thing happened the next day when I was with my BF and he was about to turn in front of a car which was too close for my standards and you know how you take the deep breath like **** I'm gonna die lol well yea my BP went sky high again and I just have to calm myself down from it.  I have another forum site I go to Phentermine.com and I see all the success with some people. One girl on there has lost 32 pounds in 3.5 weeks eating a 1500 calorie diet and exercising with this pill....it's crazy. If you want more info on it just go to google and type in Phentermine. :)

Ohhhh.. sounds nice.. Is this the same as Adipex.. (sp???). My mom keeps trying to get my sister to take this one. She has seen people shrivel up taking it. Congrats on the loss, and don't get too excited now. I'll check that site out....32 lbs in 3.5 weeks is delirious!

Yes, Phentermine is the generic of Adipex. That was what my doctor was going to prescribe me but I figured the Phen would be cheaper even tho its the same thing. Yea the 32 pounds in 3.5 weeks is insane! I don't expect that at all. I never expected the amount from this week. I am just taking whatever the scale gives me and being happy with it :) I don't expect another 8 pounds or anything next Wed. I will be happy with 1 pound if that's all I get.

Ok, I never heard anyone refer to it as "Phentermine" except for you. "Adipex" is so much easier to pronounce. Ha!  I'm checking the site out right now too. You just keep putting the work in, and the fruits will be nice! -Bud

I had never heard of Phentermine either until I was researching Adipex and I thought to myself hmm I wonder if there is a generic brand out there...so ofcourse i type in generic brand for Adipex and BAM there it was lol.
