her surgeries were scheduled for wednesday. she has posted over the plastic surgery board. is home but hurting. i'm sure she'll post here soon.

Hi Brenda! I had my surgery at 6:45 pm on Wednesday night.  I got into recovery at 1:00 a.m. and my surgeon kept me there until 6 in the morning so I didn't have to travel home in the middle of the night!! I am doing okay.  I had a breast lift and augmentation, 457 cc's.   The pain is pretty substantial.  It's a little better now after my postop and having two of the four drains removed.  I have no idea how big they are going to be since everything is swollen right now, but I'm hoping that he didn't go too enormously big. Thanks for asking Brenda!! I'll keep you updated.

Glad you are doing O.K. Donna. Keep us updated. I would bring you chicken soup (whole wheat noodles, would you take those???) but you probably already have some help. Merry Christmas. I am Jewish by birth myself but my Dad & I will take X-mas over another holiday any day. XO

Hey Sonora!! I was in the City so long on Wednesday I should have looked you up and we could have spent a long time together.  As long as you didn't mind waiting in the holding room of Mt. Sinai. LOL I'd do whole wheat noodles.  But you know what? At this point the idea of eating is not at all exciting.  I have been living on hard boiled eggs in the morning and going the day without anything to eat.  I call it the anesthesia diet!! Donna, Putting yourself through all this pain around the holidays, Wow!  I'm sure you were wanting to get it done before you start your new job.  Glad you are doing a little better than initially.   Here's wishing you a speedy recovery.
