Just keep doing what you're doing and you'll do fine.  We all have temptations around us this time of year.  I'm with Beth, it's the overindulging and binging that we have got to conquer.  Sometimes that crap can last for days.   Rudolph  Brenda

I did eat more than I planned on but I know why..i should have brought a protein shake for breakfast and drank that. I was really hungry so I ate more. But now I am extra full not miserable..I still ate less than I normally would...plus that's probably all I will eat today I wont be hungry later. And now days I don't eat unless I am hungry. So...I am still happy with myself!
