WW Weigh in!
Boy this sucks!!! I went for weigh in last nite said i gained 1.6 this week, i been doing really good, but all of a sudden there scales say i gained that in one week? I must have done something wrong? Iam really upset, guess i need to regroup and see where i went wrong, and work harder. I do know i dindnt get all my water in, maybe thats it, anyone have some ideas for me? to help me along the way for faster weight loss. Thanks! Delilah
((hugs)))
Don't be so hard on yourself, just look what you've accomplished so far. You've done great! With that said, you know better than anyone what you've done different. Any sneaking? did you make christmas goodies? did you follow the daily requirements? you already admitted water, did you get your five a day in everyday?
today is a new day...smile and drink your water! :)
Oh heck Delilah! It's the WATER!!!! If you have been doing great and the only thing off is the water... I find that is it EVERY time! Not even once in awhile... it's EVERY time that I have a gain or the scale doesn't move. That is my problem now to... I am not getting enough water.
I don't know about others, but if I have a hard time getting water in- sometimes I will suck on a "Werther's Original" candy- usually the sugarless but often not... you can have 3 of those regular ones and it's only 1 point. If I eat something sweet... I LIKE my water :) I can chug it all that way :) My problem now is that I'm so darned BUSY that I'm really not thinking of the water till I have to WI :(
You are doing GREAT... don't let this get you down! Drink your water and you will likely drop a FEW pounds in as many days!

Delilah:
I concur on the water. Also it could have been the weight of the food you ate that day. If you've been following your regimen, nothing to stress about. For more weightloss, I suggest upping the calories and movement... May give you an extra half pound to a pound a month. I think the pace you are losing now is awesome. I know we tend to want everything NOW.. Instant gratification. You should find comfort in what is working now. Excellent job thus far and happy holidays!

Yes, water is very important ... once you bump it up your losses will likely resume.
