Tomorrow is the companys little pot luck Christmas thingy lol. Everyone is bring a dish to pass...that equals LOTS of food. Lots of yummy food. Myself I am make the famous cheeseball omg yummo. Its the best cheeseball out there I swear! Anyways I have seen the list of what everyone is bringing. There is: My Cheeseball and crackers Pork Tenderloin Chicken wings Swedish Meatballs Mac and Cheese My mother is bringing in a bunch of baked sweets Theres a relish tray (Pickles & olives) Green Bean Casserole Cookies Carmel Peanut Butter Cake (Absolutely to die for) and even more that I probably don't know about. So I have been thinking about what I will do tomorrow with it all....Oh I FORGOT tomorrow morning someone is bringing donuts...I have already opted to not eat one of those deadly things eww it even sounds gross right now.  Ok so I figure I will eat some of my cheeseball without crackers (if anyone wants the recipe I would be more than welcome to share it)  Some pork, no mac and cheese...maybe 2 meatballs...NONE of the sweets...ok maybe a bite of pb cake. It's like I will be having a little sample plate more likely. A little bit of everything minus the sweets. Like one of everything. Usually I would have a whole plate full of crap plus more and some goodies.  As for Christmas day....I will be eating Probably not alot but a good plate size....I dont like ham that much so barely any of that ew.  I hope everyone has a MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! :)

What the heck I will just post it for everyone. I got the recipe from my mother. Depending on how many you are making it for.....like for tomorrow I am making for a group so I am using 3 packages of Cream Cheese ok. 1 block of Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese 1 tsp chicken bullion (the powder kind) Deli sliced ham (use as much or little as desired to your tasting, I use little ham) Green onions (as much or as little as you want) Shredded Cheddar Cheese Make sure the Cream Cheese is room temp. easier to mix!!! Put the Cream cheese and the Chicken Bullion into a mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to combine this. Then throw in the ham and green onions and mix with hand mixer until all mixed well. You do not want to chop your ham extra small because the hand mixer will chop it some more. Take the mixture and scoop it onto a plate and shape it with your sppon into like a half of a ball thats what its going to look like atleast so you want to round it all out. Then take the shredded cheese and start sticking it to the mixture! It's a really easy recipe. Put on some crackers and eat away :) *For every block of cream cheese you use put 1 tsp of the chicken bullion. Example : 1 block 1 tsp, 2 blocks 2 tsps....and so on Oh and don't use the cube bullion...seriously this girl at work was telling us how she made it last year and she spent forever crushing the bullion cube LOL!!!

Just out of curiousity Jersey, are you going to  use crackers with this or something else?  I've been considering going core on WW and there is no crackers allowed unless I use my extra points.  I LOVE soups, but been thinking about  not being able to use crackers. I need that extra crunch or it's not the same.   So I'm sort of curious how your going to replace this...if you are.

Ok this might sound odd, but how about trying celery or carrots with the dip?  It will give you that crunch.

I assumed cheese "balls" and would just eat the balls.   ((shrug)) Crackers are a good waste of calories anyway.

Thanks I might just make this! :)  My husband is a BIG ham and cheese fan so I think he'll love this.  I'm serving hummus with a spread of hot peppers, bell peppers, and garlic spread to put on the hummus.  Ok I must admit I bought the premade version..hehe  But wow do I love this.  Now I guess all the hummus haters can eat the cheese ball on their crackers! :)

Thanks

With a little planning, these things can be way fun, like they should be. Merry Christmas, Christa!!
