Today is different than yesterday....

which I totally knew it would be. Ok so heres my experience so far with this Phentermine. Last night I did get home did hair ate dinner finally at 7:30pm a turkey burger with some ketchup and mustard, a small salad of just iceburg lettuce with some catalina dressing and a half of a slice of fresh pineapple. Not alot...I was terribly full. Like I was really quite satisfied....so I ended up going to bed at around quarter to 9...which I usually go to bed at around 1am. Well I woke up atleast every hour last night to pee...and when I woke up every time I couldn't get back to sleep easily...I was like wide awake. When I finally decided to get up this morning I wasn't tired at all...i am never like that even if I get like 12 hours of sleep. So currently I am about to drink my protein shake even tho I have no desire to...but I have to put something into my body.  But so far I am a ball of energy, and I am getting the jitters a bit. Which they aren't bugging me. But if you have had the kitters ofcourse you're a little well all over the place....like atleast my brain is lol. I didnt exercise last night because of a migraine that was unbarable. Tonight I cant go to the gym because as soon as I get out of work I have to get ready to go out with the girls then go home and make a dish for tomorrows christmas party for work then go to bed. And Friday I work....I might be doing someones hair afterwards then going to my little brothers basketball game....then sleep. Oi. Saturday hair clients, shopping....which shopping will be my exercise!!! Walk Walk Walk! :) Ok now I am rambling...see ya!

Hey girl.  Energy is a good thing.  It's a pain in the ass when you're trying to sleep but it's a good thing.  I'm only like that after four Venti's from Starbucks.  Lucky you.

And the lack of appettite is fantastic.  Looks like this pill is going to do something for you.  You go, girl!

LOL  You crack me up!  Are you from lower or upper MI?   I laugh cause you use so many of the same little "words" in your posts as my dh always did! Like "oi"    I have noticed this before but think I forgot you were from MI. Then today I noticed and was like "Okay! That explains the similar language"   My dh & family are all from the Marquette area :) This pill sounds like it's going to work well for you! How often do you go in for a weight check? Do you check at home as well? Did he give any special instructions? Take care!

lol. I am from the lower part of Michigan. To be honest...living here in Michigan I have NEVER been to the UP Crazy huh!? I think its insane!  For the pill, wonderful just magnificent. It's doing wonders for me so far. As for the doctor...haha. Ok he didn't even weigh me....and just prescribed me the pills that was all never talked to him again...odd. But I am weighing at my parents house. I became obsessive and weighed today lol. Just to toot my own horn lmao. But I am waiting until Saturday to see some results for a 4 day spread wait that would only be 3 days...bah...oh well. But next Wed. is the true one week thingy. Anyways, after a month goes by and I see where I am I will call the doctors and see if I can get another script if I need it. :) They were cheap too with my insurance...only like $25 bux. And there were no special instructions there was a little piece of paper in my script bag with directions and side effects and what not. Which I already knew. I just take the one pill in the morning on an empty stomach half an hour to 45 mins before eating...thats all. And ofcourse you have to watch what you eat which I am. It's so much easier to watch what I am eating with this pill because I am not craving anything so nothing really sounds good lol.
