Are you eating 6 meals a day
When I am maintaining I only eat 4 or 5
When I am losing I eat 8.

I dont eat 6 times a day....so no raise of the hand.
But I know my new diet pill is going to suppress appetite....which I know in my head sometimes I think I dont have to eat at all...but that leads to very bad things....
So I will be eating. But replacing 2 meals with protein shakes. Breakfast protein shake and Lunch protein shake...dinner well something healthy.... Thats the plan
well, something like that is the goal - to keep the metabolism revved up...
Hard adjustment? no, b-cuz of app suppressants used aggressively at the start and the understanding that hey, i laid down the money to be told to do it this way, so here i go, may as well try it.
The upside is that i do rarely feel incredibly tempted to indulge into off plan foods especially during my work day. I don't usually feel big, vacuous hunger, and even when i think I feel hunger, i can look back and realize that i have eaten and to give that craving of the moment some space. It usually works, too. When it doesn't go away after waiting a while, i can trust myself to eat a little more, usually high fat items like pb on my crackers or nuts.
Another upside: keep the stomach capacity to a minimum. When I eat more than a couple hundred calories at one sitting, I can feel bloaty. Actually hard to eat more than 5 hundred at one spot anymore.
I'm more like Em on this one. Yea I know six meals is what they say. But I HATE the idea of grabbing six meals a day, or even thinking about it. I would be thinking about food nonstop. I have tried it for a while, but just like everything else I drifted off of it. I really think you can just do fine eating three meals and a small snack or two in between if need be. That is actually five meals if you want to get technical. I just can't focus on six meals. It's just not me.
