2 cups coffee
20 oz. water
Lunch
Screwed up again. Ate an apple pancake before I realized what I was doing. Start again tomorrow.

2 turkey sausages, patties
2 medium whole wheat pita breads
16 oz. water
Dinner
Chicken breast with skin
1/8 serving cornbread with 1 tsp. margarine
1 can vegetable soup
A few grapes
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
