Okay, I just contacted my piercer and she actually didn't laugh at me.ha I was half way expecting her too. But anyway she said you don't need it cut out. She said it's all in your wrist on how to take it out. It can be tricky she said. She said to go in to have it removed if you can't seem to do it. She said it just takes practice, and that she sometimes has problems getting hers out even. So there ya go, no cutting! :) Either work at it yourself or go in and have them remove it.
