What's your program?  Caloric limit for the meal? I use "sauces" to spice things up.

Sometimes I do stirfy with my protein and vary the sauce I use (favorite is peanut sauce over broccoli and water chestnuts with chicken).  Sometimes I have dairy offer me the flavor I want.  The other night I had tilapia and shrimp, with salsa, sour cream, and cheese and it was amazing!

Hmm for chicken lets see. Want some fried chicken that is good for you? lol Or atleast better than the normal fried chicken. I have done this before and absolutely loved it!! Take your chicken breast and put it in some egg wash and then roll it around in crushed corn flakes throw it in the oven until done and crispy....you can have your fried chicken :) Also for chicken I like baking it ofcourse with some mozerella....crap I can not spell that lol....cheese with turkey bacon on top and when its done from the oven I sprinkle chopped tomatoes on it like monterey chicken...you can dip it in honey mustard that you can make with fat free mayo mustard and honey or some bar-b-que or just no dipping. Also with the chicken you can make a little cordon bleu. The cheese and a thin slice of ham on top. Um....let me think. I dont ever cook often so.....I also had this once and liked it...ofcourse it involves cheese again! lol....oh and top the chicken again. Put fat free cheddar cheese and pieces of broccoli on top of the chicken oh thats really yummy.  Chicken tacos are always yummy. I really like cutting up chunks of chicken tenders raw then stir frying them with broccoli, water chesnuts, baby corn, and pineapple. Throw a little bit of sweet and sour on it for taste...that is one fo my faves!  As for tuna...I only eat that one way. Tuna, Miracle Whip light, and Pickles...sometimes I throw in pieces of broccoli...slap it on some diet bread and enjoy lol...oh sometimes I throw a tomato on as well.   :)

egg & cheese dishes can be a great alternative to chicken and fish...   here is one I love Zuchinni Fritata 2 cups grated zuchinni 2 scrambled eggs (can use 1 whole and 2 whites) or 1/2 cup egg substitute 2 T chopped onions 1 chopped, seeded tomato black pepper  1/4 C parmesean cheese mix and pour into a fry pan sprayed with Pam.. soooo yummy!
What I've eaten is here for the world to see

Sounds like my omelet, only I use chopped broccoli and carrot w/parmesan or mozzarella. Cheese is my answer to everything.

When I was totally on track with myself i would go out to eat every Saturday with my Boyfriend and still lost weight.  Weekends I usually let myself ahve whatever I was craving it kept me sane. So you can order chicken things with veggies. Or you can order salads with dressings on the side. Umm if you want to eat whatever you want say you're craving something and you feel you should get to eat it....order it. Just when you get the plate, cut everything in half eat only off of the half ask for a box before you start eating and put the other half into a box so you don't even seethe food and have it tempting you. Then you work on the half on your plate and maybe you wont fini**** all? Well then good for you...plus you have left overs for the next day or for someone else :)  Gosh I have good ideas whats my problem lol.

When eating out I make sure I have 2 servings of veggies, no starches, no bread at the table, eat the veggies first and ask for the protein to have no sugar in the sauce and the sauce on the side.... Also, watch portion sizes.  Even moderate ones are 2x the size they should be.
