Weekend health right here, right now...de-railed or on the path????
Tis the season. Thursday, to digress a bit was a similar day to Friday...not much food, and when I did eat, wrong types.
Friday was a weird day for me! Kicked off my day with a 50 minute fast walk...had to get to work a bit early.
Almost no food all work day was rockin and rolling and out of portable food , except for a work party. The good news is I had nothing rather than some of the food that i ran into.
Work party plate was:
1 ounce pork loin in cranberry marinade
2 TBS church potatoes (sinful cheese/sour cream potluck dish)
1/2 large slice basil wheat bread
1 ounce lean ham + 1 tbs stone gr mustard
1/2 c fresh fruit salad
1 c romaine salad with fresh pears, cashews
1/4 slice of pumkin roll cake
At home, at 5:30, was of course starving, so i had 3 wasas spread with low fat cheese spread, 3 vodkas + fresca
Supper:
4 ounces lean italian sausage in red sauce over broiled slices of eggplant + hard parmesan cheese - a good 2 cups of eggplant
2 pieces asiago bread with lowfat spread on it (out of butter)
2 pieces See's candy
1 pecan tassie
SATURDAY has opened a little brighter:
so far, 1 omega 3 egg + 2 SB cheese slices + 1 piece sourdough bread slice + 1 c nf milk. Will take a walk this morning. I need to make up my Thursday walk - work is hairy right now.
Going to a neighborhood potluck this afternoon. Will stick to mostly veggies, shrimp. Will suck down gin probably, diet tonic. Will eat 1% cottage cheese, veggies here first before I leave, too.
Tonight, sushi, I hope.
Sunday: marathon walk!!!!! Food needs to be lean and high fiber.
