VERY COOL! Sombody NOTICED :)

I am so excited!   One of the state gals popped in on me today- we have done alot of trainings together but she has been busy & I've not seen her for about 3 months! She was BLOWN AWAY!  So it MUST be apparent that I've lost some weight! Wonder why nobody else has noticed. She said I looked GREAT and she asked how much I'd lost. I told her this a.m. I was at 27 lost and she was very excited for me!  Anyhow- it made me feel REALLY GOOD!   :) :) Off to bed now- it's almost 1:30 a.m. but I had to get some shopping done! And share my excitement to :)

Oh, I am sooo happy for you.  It's so motivational to get that positive feedback.  I also haven't had anyone notice (I've lost 38, but I started out really big).  I tell myself that I'm doing it for myself and that's what's important but we all know how nice it is to have someone else notice and say something along the way. That is great and good to have happen right in the middle of holiday season. Great job on the weight loss, btw!

wOOt!!!!! that feels good, I know. Talk is cheap...always hold close that this is for you & your family. Nice when peeps notice, only business as usual if they don't.
