weekly weigh in

Well I lost  1.6 pounds this week.  I'm usually okay with losing anything, but this week as I got off the scale I was a little bummed.  I guess it's because I expected a bigger weight loss.  I think it's going to take a while for my body to get use to eating this much.  I'm not hungry at all that's for sure.  In fact, I almost always have points left.  I know that's not good either, but my gosh I have 34 points a day.  That's a lot of points!  But like my regular doctor said, just try to lose ONE pound a week.  He did it that way and he's doing excellent.  THink losing it so slow that way makes it a lot easier to keep off in the long run.  Plus won't be so hard on your body.  So, I'm losing and that's what counts I guess. :)

1.6lbs is great for one week! if ya lost that every week you'd be at 6.4lbs for a month (4 weeks) that's great! i know it is frustrating tho. especially when you first start out. i was hoping i'd lose the first 50lbs at least quickly. but, it doesn't work that way. and it's for the best that it doesn't!
