Confession
Good Morning Ya'll,
Well... I have a confession... I am officially Banded. I had LapBand surgery on yesterday. I am sore and tired, but I am here. My goal since May was to show myself that I can loose weight on my own and make the proper modifications behavior wise prior to having the surgery. I wanted to have my head right first and well I got approved by my insurance and pressed forward.
Hope no one is gonna boot me off the Non-Ops board, because I have learned a lot from this group that helped me get this far.
Peace and Blessing to you all.
Hi Diva,
Congrats and hope you heal very quickly.
It sounds like you made the best decision for yourself. Plus, you made sure to get right with things before having the surgery. Like you, I'm set to have surgery in January (though it's for the VSG). Please stay around and keep posting. I'm definitely planning to even after surgery. This is such a great group of people.
Wishing you all the best,
Melinda
I took the same approach, Diva. No harm, no foul. Pre-op losses make post-op living soooo much easier.
