I fall but I just keep getting back up

Yep I always fall but I soon get back up again. Which I am back and standing today. I had money yay  I went grocery shopping last night....YAY! lol. That means I have good healthy food....YAY!  Ok, so here I am again back to my basics that I know work for me. It's low calorie and low carbs or try for low carbs that is. Or whatever. But anyways, I remember doing this and not feeling hungry. Yes, I eat breakfast....just a yogurt but hey its something in the morning.  Usually a half of a sandwich with a side...either low fat chips or veggie or fruit...something. A fruit or veggie as a snack so I am not STARVING when I get home to make dinner. The dinner time.....protein and veggie...no carb. Then and hour at the gym...that is right kids I am going to the gym tonight...well unless it snows...because I am DEATHLY afraid of driving in snow....I know I am weird but it scares me and sometimes I cry hahah. Oh and LOTS of water...Water water water....and maybe a glass of diet pop with dinner...but only one glass. Oh and my diet pills....they help give me a boost of energy at the gym. I know some are against pills some are not...but what works for me works for me. I want to drop a few pounds before New Years eve :) I know I can do this. I entered everything I planned on eating today into The Daily Plate and its VERY low in calories....Hmm never knew there were so many carbs in banana's...ok so maybe I will be doing LOW calorie...bu****ching the carbs....Anyways here is my eating plan today. Breakfast *Yoplait Fat Free White Chocolate covered Strawberry Yogurt Lunch *1 slice of light Whole Grain Bread *3 slices of deli Mesquite Turkey Breast *Half a slice of American Cheese *Some lettuce *Little Mustard *Sun Chips Cheddar Harvest 1 serving (I actually counted the chips out) Snack *Small Banana Dinner *Extra Lean Turkey Burger Patty *Ketchup & Mustard *Slice of Onion *1 Cup of Frozen Broccoli *1 Cup Iceburg Lettuce *1 Tomato *2 tbsp Fat Free Catalina Dressing Snack (If I am hungry) *2 medium celery stalks *2 tbsp JIF peanut butter And to top it all off LOTS of water :)

YESSS!  Having good food around definitley helps... That is funny that you are a-scared of the snow - being a Michigan Girl - wtf? I will say as an ex-Illinoian that the snow blind stuff - where it is coming down so hard all you see is white and you seriously cannot see past the bumper, well that IS scary. And, it is true that one never knows when a storm will hit. Ice stroms are the worst. Ask for snow shoes and keep them in your car, and also use to get exercise with at your house.  I got some a couple years ago, love them. We have to drive to get to snow here, and actually i like that.  Also check out cross country skiis, very good exercise!!!!! Good to see ya.

I know I live in Michigan where there is snow....I hate it. I have spun off the express way when I was 16...and last January I was in Detroit with my current b/f at the time who I hated lmao I was driving home and BAM snow storm dark out arounf 11pm cant see ANYTHING but huge snowflakes I start panicking..crying and I had to talk myself down and go ok calm down you WILL make it home and will not die tonight lol.  I broke up with him the next day. hahahaha day after his b-day. mother effin loser, no money, no car, drunk ass loser. Ok enough of that. But yea snow=evil. Yay for good food lol.

That is all you can do, keep getting up.  I'm proud of you for keeping on with it, I really am. Your day looks great.  I will make a couple of suggestions because, hey, that's me!!!

Your lunch can have more protein.  With more protein  you will feel better.  6 thin slices or turkey breast puts you maybe at 100 calories.  Definitely not more than 100 calories, that I know.   Also, I know you HATE breakfast but try to get at least a cheese stick in, perhaps a hard boiled egg, something with more protein for the morning so you aren't ready to eat your desk before lunch! For your dinner I'd add some real lettuce. Iceberg is merely water shaped like green leaves.  Add some romaine, some spring greens, something with more vitamins.   If you are adding dense protein along the way your calories won't be so low.  You know you are the type of person to get so hungry that you binge, so try to keep that from happening. Keep us up to date, you know we are here to support you!!!

I do have more than 3 slices of turkey for lunch I might add it all I am not sure I think I have like 5 or 6 slices in the ziploc thingy...I'll check. Dinner I'm having broccoli!!!! lol. That's green too!  Hmm for breakfast....I am not an egg fan at all. They make me qeasy sometimes. Ewww. lol. As for protein in the morning I really like peanut butter but it has ALOT of fat....I could have the yogurt and some celery and peanut butter..... ? No egg. lol. Maybe cheese....I hate breakfast lol. And lunch is coming up...I am hungry but not ready to eat my desk. So I am content plus I am about to take my pills which will expand and take some hunger away. :)

Hey girl. Good for you.  As long as you keep getting up, you'll make some progress.  I'm jealous of your motivation; I wish I had the same.  Keep you're chin up, chicky.  You've got a great start.

Christa... Imagine a person walking along... they stumble, fall and get up... you know what?  When they get up they are ahead of where they were when they fell! You are futher ahead every day!  Good job on the yogurt for brekkie....  do what you need to do.  You ROCK! :)

So I plugged in what I plan on doing tonight at the gym into the daily plate which will calculate the calories burned. Basically for the whole day I am in the negative calorie intake!!!! Doin it Biggest Loser style lol.
