That is all you can do, keep getting up. I'm proud of you for keeping on with it, I really am. Your day looks great. I will make a couple of suggestions because, hey, that's me!!!
Your lunch can have more protein. With more protein you will feel better. 6 thin slices or turkey breast puts you maybe at 100 calories. Definitely not more than 100 calories, that I know. Also, I know you HATE breakfast but try to get at least a cheese stick in, perhaps a hard boiled egg, something with more protein for the morning so you aren't ready to eat your desk before lunch! For your dinner I'd add some real lettuce. Iceberg is merely water shaped like green leaves. Add some romaine, some spring greens, something with more vitamins. If you are adding dense protein along the way your calories won't be so low. You know you are the type of person to get so hungry that you binge, so try to keep that from happening.
