I need an idea

I would like to thank my weightloss Doctor (and everyone on his staff) for everything he's done for me and the fact that it is the holiday season however I have one dilemma (I think) it seems that everything I can come up with is some sort of goodie basket revolving around food.   Problem is he is somewhat overweight himself (had RNY several years ago--lost several hundred) and is still fighting his own demons and all of his staff has had weight issues in the past (which is why they are so great--not too mention understanding) ........anyone have any suggestions that everyone in the office would be able to enjoy and let me properly show my appreciation?

Something relaxing if he is a golfer maybe a round of golf at a nice course or a lesson or a golf basket.  for the ladies a facial or manicure pedicure those are always nice ways to get stress out KitKat

have you seen those fruit boquets?  they are great and easy to eat... http://www.ediblearrangements.com/ Also consider having a massuesse come in for a couple of hours to give everyone a 10 minute backrub?
What I've eaten is here for the world to see
336.1 (8-1-07)/319.0 (12-28-07)/200 (goal for 12-31-08)/160 (goal)
Next mini goal is 290 by 1-31-08

Omg those are so neat looking!  I love it!  Hmm, I'm tempted to try one on my own to save on money ( love flower arranging).  Any other ideas on things to stick in with it?

I like Viola's idea's.  If it's food, get them something healthy (of course).  And that fruit basket I think is very neat.  And who could not love a back rub?

TISHAK: Not sure what your budget is, but If there is a place in your town that serves soups, salads, and fruit on a bar, see if they have a gift cards/certificates available. You get them each a gift cards with an 8 or 10 dollar value. Or you can get them one to a nice health foods stores with that value. P.S How's the little one doing?!?!?

Furit basket, or prepare a gorgeous fruit salad and take it in. Or perhaps a meat tray, lean ham wrapped on a crisp asparagus spear, hard cheese and olives on toothpicks, ya know, a snackie tray.  I don't know why it has to be food! At Walmart, i found cute Xmas motif Post it notes - very inexpensive. Or just post its that have funny sayings on it - or other office items - clips that hold notes, pens, etc.  Hiya Tish! Misss your posts!
