Weekly weigh in
Well I'm down two pounds from last week. I'm alright with it, although last week I gained three. So I have one more pound to lose to be the weight when I joined WW!ha Oh well, I have to start some where. Two gone is two gone in my books. I'm feeling pretty good about this next week so hopefully I'm back on track.
It's sort of funny and ironic, I was DREADING going in to weigh this morning. In fact I almost didn't. Because not only did I have half of a bad week, but my scale said I was up almost two pounds. I was really close to not weighing in this week. Two weeks on weigh****chers and I thought I gained both weeks. How embarrassing would that have been!?!!
So Jersey you win. :) I'll go post on your thread about no scale for a week......reluctantly...hehe
I'm still in the process of wondering if it's right for me. I've been on it before several times so it's nothing new. There is pros and cons to both, core and flex. I'm just trying to figure out which one suits me better. Core suits me better, but for my family it's flex all the way. So I'm torn between the two right now. No biggie though, since I know I can hop around the two. I just realized though with the holidays here I better stick with flex for now! :)
