Have you decided on a plan that will work best for you yet? I think that was the hardest part for me... just deciding WHAT path to follow. Once I decided what I was going to work with (I chose Weigh****chers flex plan) then I really haven't had much problem- it was just getting to that point.
Sounds like you like veggies so that is GOOD! :) Lots of veggies and fruit- that is a great start!

a couple of things...
if you need to find a good scale just drop into a doctors office or clinic and ask if you can use theirs. You dont have to have an appointment or pay anything... and they will let you use it. :) ALSO - I see that you have gone veg. Are you eating no meat at all? How about dairy? Be sure to do lots of reading (if you havent already) to be sure you are meeting all of your protien needs. I gave up red meat myself but couldnt do without chicken and fish :)

I didnt even know i could ask the doctor's office if i could use there. How dumb of me! Thanks, good thing theres one near buy i can visit. I wonder if i asked them if they would be able to tell me where i can pick on up that gose over 300lbs. I still eat dairy, im trying to work myself off of that but its harder to stop eating dairy then meat, well atleast for me anyway. I do have some days where i pop a chicken nugget but for the most part im still transition.

I havent found a plan yet. I was hopeing to get in to gym but im a little self conscious about that, i dont like to many eyes looking at me. nd i have tryed weigh****chers before and it did nothing for me. But it wasnt there falt at the time i wasnt ready to truly commit so i may try thre plan again.
