Very low calorie diet?

Amy if you decide to do it, I would recommend a maximum of 20 mins of low impact exercising a day. (Walking or aerobics) You seriously don't want to overdo it initially.  1000 calories is not much, and when you start overexercising you CAN PASS THE HELL OUT. Also it will leave you extremely hungry.. Which is not fun.  :) I firmly believe with that little amount of calories, exercise is optional. Word of advice.... don't be your worse enemy. All that hauling, toting, and climbing burns calories. If you do decide to do it, you may not need to do and additional exercising because your normal activities burns them for you. Wow how bad is your asthma? Do you have meds? You definitely want to find some activity that you can do that does not aggravate your asthma AND enjoy. -Bud
