Abstinence - Day 289
I weighed myself this morning, and I've lost another pound. I weigh 270 pounds. It's not much of a loss, but it's better than I did last month, which was staying the same. Also, today is my husband Mike's birthday!

1 large whole grain bagel with crunchy peanut butter
1 cup 1% milk
2 cups hazelnut coffee
20 oz. water
Lunch
Cornmeal mush
1% milk
Dinner
Pizza
3 cups popcorn
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
1 large Slimfast Bar
20 oz. water
