I think my first should be to investigate why I am so damn chatty lately?! Other than that: Today: Exercise in the A.M...check. Went well. Eating was O.K. but not my best, which is bringing out my crazy side a bit. I know I need to let it go. I did a lazy girl's dinner of canned veggie chili. Dessert was a container of "Apple Pie" yogurt. Weird combo. Tomorrow: Exercise at the gym FIRST THING when I wake up. I cannot delay it! Cardio only tomorrow...a little routine I have written down is the goal...mostly treadmill with some other things mixed in. FOOD: Protein. WATER: 2-3 liters. SURVIVAL: I am getting a massage to celebrate what I've pulled off so far and relax. I haven't had one in forever and am not crazy about the nekkid part...so I am going to do undies under the robe while I wait around. TMI? SUNDAY: Rest or light city walking, but no pressure. I need a food plan...

tomorrow both my kids are gonna be in our town's christmas parade. usually i don't exercise on sat/sun. but, i know tomorrow i'm gonna be getting a lil extra in because i have to drop them off on one side of town and then walk to meet my hubby somewhere in the middle. and then i'll probably have to walk to the other side of town to pick them up. oh, and i'm making allowances for one big hot steaming cup of hot chocolate to drink while i standing in the cold watching my rugrats go by.

Sounds good - our Xmas parade is tonight too! DG and I have to go to his Xmas party, so will miss it.  Gotta have hot choco! If you get to make it, those low/no added sugar ones are not so bad as a choice!

nekkid, eh (LOL - of course i pick up on that only!) Awwww, try it, and do tell him/her that you do feel self conscious about it, although i bet your body language will show it!  Sounds good to me!

Cool..I was coming here to post this very thing! Thanks, Sonora! My food Friday work day was unusual for me:  Walked at lunch at my meeting, 20 minutes...that's it. Breakfast: 7:30 a.m.: 1/2 fish taco (river cod from oregon, lightly pan fried), no cheese, just salsa on it. Somenody made it and insisted i taste it - luckily i had dashed out of the house with no breakfast at all, so i did it. Snack 1:  9:00 a.m. :  1/2 protein bar + i small banana at day long meeting Lunch:  11:30 am:  1/2 baked chicken breast + 1/4 c couscous + 1c spinach salad, light dressing + 1/2 c strawberries Snack 2/1:30pm:  1/2 protein bar  430 p.m. afternoon:  1/2 pb sandwich, 1/2 almind granola bar later on after that. Last night, eh....coulda been better.  Right when I got home last night at 5:30ish:  Did not help that dh had made clam dip, don't ask, cream cheese, lemon, etc, and some rice chips laying out.  I ate 3Tbls of that evil stuff and a good serving and a half of chips. DH made some fantastic fried chicken - i ate 1/2 large breast and picked at another one + 1/2 c yukon gold mashed potatoes (nf milk, tiny bit o butter) + 1/2 c gravy mix + 1 c brussel sprouts and carrot coins with SB cheese on it + 3 beer Michelob light (two beers before supper) Saturday plans:  DH Xmas party - a dres up affair! I need a dress for this and another thing in january, but if I don't find one today, i have stuff to wear. We dance until we drop - at least i do!  I will eat one plate of buffet food, heavy on veggies. Drinking gin tonight.  Today:  I better get out and make up my half assed walk from friday. 1 hour would be good. Lighter food today - have some miso & spinach, fresh pears, cottage cheese, hi fiber cereal around here...stuff like that.  Sunday:  marathon walk! 2 hours at least. Food as veggie/fruit filled as i can make it til supper. May make the last of the turkey, maybe an ala king?

it's almost over.. and I'm surviving! Breakfast today was a hamburger patty and a fried egg.  Lunch was 4 slices of turkey w/lite mayo dabbed on 'em.  Dinner will be shrimp scamp w/zuchinni. Got off 30 minutes of cardio so far, and my reward for wl was.... 15 minutes in the tanning bed.  I'll be saggy, but darnit, I'll be brown!!! LOL
