I'm starting things on a lighter note this morning...LOL.  I had been sitting at a 28 lb. loss for a couple of weeks and I finally hit the 30 lb. mark today.  I should have already hit the 30 lb. mark by now, but my head was stuck up my butt.  Hopefully, this is the motivation I need to get myself in gear and get some more off.  X-Mas is right around the corner and all those cookies and crap, oh boy. I know I had the cheerleader in my court.  Thanks for the encouragement. Have a great weekend everyone! Brenda

Awesome Brenda, good for you!!!! Hopefully this is also your motivation to get through the holidays.  I found after close inspection that I had been falling back onto "easy" foods.  In addition to making me feel "off plan" I also felt physically ill.  You'd think that feeling physically ill from carbs and sugar would make me not want to eat it anymore. LOL So I am back on track and I am renewed for the holiday season.  It sounds like you are too!!  I honestly think you are really on the right track.  Don't deprive yourself because that leads to heavy binges.  But keep remembering that 30 pounds and you will probably be good to go! woot!  Yup, time for all of us to be hyper-viligent! Extra mouthfuls of the party foods may get us into trouble. I know for me, my mantra will be:  being with my friends and c-workers is what this season is all about. It is my choice what foods make it past my throat.

Yay, Brenda!

You are my inspiration for the day.   How do you lose so fast?  What's your secret?  No holding back,...tell all!   You may think it's not fast, but we just had Thanksgiving! Congrats! Bren
