I really don't care for the hostility here, nor the clique on the attack, so I'll only say, all I need to know for myself is that this is exactly how I feel--not tempted, not hungry, no cravings, no guilt, no emotional upheavals (except for my recent cycle) AND I get consistent, positive results.   That's good enough for me. I will never again "diet", never again eat too few calories and hurt myself in the meantime.

"Consistent positive results"? For a couple months? Hardly noteworthy, sorry. It falls under, "Attagirl, keep it up" but falls short of "Herculean accomplishment which makes me an omniscient authority." So you might want to dump the 'tude and open your mind. This from a person who eats all the requisite protein, and very little starch. If there *was* a clique-- I should be in yours: problem is, yours is a little exclusive for my tastes.

wow lady are you for real? I've been on this board for the past half hour reading the stuff you are posting and all you are doing is repeating the crap that your trainer spews at you. I doubt very highly you are telling people here anything that they don't know about losing weight.  I think most of us here are professionals when it comes to the whole calories in/calories out mantra.  WE KNOW. Leave motivating people to your trainer, it's obviously not your forte'. Stop repeating what your trainer says.  If they want to come on here and post, then high-five... let them be our Bob and Jillian for God sakes.  But I, for one, do not care for recycled advice.

Exactly why I think others here have the problem, not me.  It's not reiterating what my trainer says at all.  It started with his direction, then my research, then my personal experience.  People are obviously coming at this with reasons for their misinterpretations.  It isn't Atkins (this isn't about carbs or about ketosis).  But if others want to continue with having something to rail against, well, that's their choice.  Just not mine.
