well i blew it
Yea, I'm right there with you. Oh well..! I've already got my ww book out planning out the day. I've been on it numerous times before, but it looks like they changed a few things. I also went in this morning to get my weight fixed (that they messed up). So now I'm back on track for the week. I've been hesitating on what plan to follow. I pretty much live like the core plan. BUT, I think I need to count the points for a while since my portion control is out of whack. That is where my problem is, fast food and portion control. So flex for a while it is!! :)
What I'm wondering is WHO actually did good!!

You see it as blowing your diet? I see it differently.
I see it as you were just 'sight seeing' in your weight loss journey.
What would a journey be without stopping to see the sights once in a while?
That is life. If we 100% stuck to a regime wouldn't that just be too boring?
What makes you different is that you know that it's time to get back on the road and keep going in on your weight loss journey.
