Abstinence?!? - Day 280

Breakfast 1-1/3 cups grits 1 cup 1% milk 1 banana 1 cup hazelnut coffee 20 oz. water Lunch 1 large Slimfast Bar Thanksgiving Meal Turkey Mashed potatoes Mashed yams Stuffing Nuts Mints Cranberry jelly Cranberry stuff Cornbread Bread Crescent roll Regular small roll Iced mint tea Coffee Pumpkin pie Butter pecan cake (one bite) Blackberry cobbler Dinner 1 large Slimfast Bar (to take my medicine with) 20 oz. water Denise Phares/kitties4 I don't blame you all if you blast me for eating too much at Thanksgiving today.  It's only once a year, so I don't beat myself up for it.  Too many good things to taste!
