Weekly weigh in
I was going to do Tuesday weigh ins, but I'm not staying on this plan after all so I wanted to make myself accountable today before my next week starts. I've lost 11 pounds the last six days!! I'm just praying I can figure out how to keep it up. I've been hesitating all day long on if I should rejoin WW or if I should try one more time on my own.
If I try on my own once again I think this is what I'm going to do since this past week has been so succesful.
64 oz water daily
oatmeal or cereal (150-200 cal)Breakfast 8-9am
tv dinner (200-300)Lunch 12pm
Shake with soy milk (200 cal) Snack 3pm
Dinner with family (300-400 cal) 6:30 pm This will be my only hard meal of the day that I will have to plan for.
Fruit or 100 calorie popcorn bag (100 cal) Snack 8 pm
Any suggestions or does anyone have anything to say about this plan? I figured out this doctor will cost me 450 dollars a month that we really can't afford. I'm trying to stick close to it as I can, but I really don't want to go under 1200 calories without doctor supervision. My plan I just did I believe is 1200 calories.
