vitamin supliment advice?
I guess your asking what type of supplements? If so, I was told by a doctor to take a multi vitamin with iron daily, 1000 mg of calcium a day (can even take more if you live in Alaska :) ), and if on a really low cal plan 90-110 mg of potassium a day.
Myself, I just take the multi vitamin with iron and calcium pills. I figure I can get the rest of my potassium from foods I eat during the day.
