Another new face
I've been reading the boards for about 2 1/2 weeks. Everyone seems so friendly, supportive and helpful. I decided in the middle of September that it was time to really get serious about my health and weight. So I changed my way of eating and started to add exercise to my days. Changing my eating wasn't nearly as hard as adding the exercise and I am still working on that. My biggest challenge is getting enough water down during the day. I'm working on that too. So here I am 2 months later and I am down 20 pounds. I still have a way to go but I will keep plugging along.
