I've been reading these forums for a few months now and finally decided to stop lurking.
The plan I'm following is fairly strict and doctor supervised...that sounds kinda torturous but it isn't really. lol
I started a few months ago and I'm down 28 pounds. Still have a lot to go but I'm pleased with the results so far.
Anyway, just wanted to say hello to everyone!

Thanks for the nice welcome, I really like this site, so much information and it has really helped me keep my head on straight. The first month of starting my plan I would come here many times each day to read and look at all the amazing before/after pictures.
Neecee, I'm on 1,200 calories a day (but can go up 200 more calories if I need to due to reactive hypoglycemia ). I use HMR products such as shakes, bars, soups, min meals, etc. And then for dinner I have lean protein and vegetables. I drink a lot of water and exercise six days a week. The HMR products are not extremely low in carbs so I average about 90 carbs a day.
Today I had
meal 1: 200 calorie protein shake
meal 2: 160 calorie protein bar
meal 3: 70 calorie protein soup
meal 4: HMR mini meal - Five bean casserole (230 calories)
meal 5: 160 protein shake
meal 6: Dinner - chicken breast & salad (300 calories)
meal 7: 1/2 serving protein pudding (50 calories)
Total calories: 1,170
PS: I'm now down 30.5 lbs
