1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
20 oz. water
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1/2 cup light fruit ****tail
1 can New England clam chowder
1-1/2 cups 2% milk
Evening Snack
2 chocolate graham crackers
