Abstinence - Days 263 & 264
Yesterday I kind of screwed up. I ate lunch at 12:15 p.m. I had a new client from 1:00 to 5:00, and I was so tired that I just laid down, instead of eating a Slimfast Bar, which would have helped me wait for eating until dinner. On the way over to my Debtors Anonymous meeting, we got a flat tire. By that time, I was so stressed out and hungry that I grabbed some chocolate chip cookies at the church where the meeting was. They didn't help. On the way home, I was so hungry that I ordered too much chicken, cole slaw, and mashed potatoes from Popeye's, so I stuffed myself when we ate it at home. Anyway, here's yesterday's menus, plus today's. I'm doing much better today, since my new client had a doctors appointment, and didn't need me today.
Breakfast
1 orange
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup 2% milk
2 cups coffee
20 oz. water
Lunch
2 medium whole wheat pita breads with spinach, 3 slices tomato, 6 slices chicken lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
9 prunes
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
20 oz. water
Unintended snack
5 chocolate chip cookies
Dinner (from Popeyes)
3 pieces fried chicken
1 large cole slaw
1 large mashed potato with gravy
1-1/2 cups 2% milk
1 biscuit
