Abstinence - Day 260
I am sorry to report that I did not lose any weight in October 2007. I did not gain any, either. I simply stayed the same. Oh well, gotta try harder in November 2007.
Breakfast
1 orange
1 cup Rolling Oats
1 cup 1% milk
2 cups coffee
20 oz. water
Lunch
1 piece french toast with light syrup
3 sausage links
1 potato wedge
Fruit ****tail
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt
2 medium whole wheat pita breads
20 oz. water
Dinner
1 cheeseburger with 1 slice American cheese, on whole wheat bun
1 can vegetable soup
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
Diet grape soda
Evening Snack
1 Slim A Bear no sugar, low fat ice cream sandwich

Sorry to hear that you stalled out in October. I know how that feels.
To continue losing, you might want to be a little more careful about some of your choices. Despite your previously stated goal of around 1600 calories a day, some of your days are still clocking in as much as 1000 calories above that-- I am not sure you're even aware of it. Many of your foods (like mashed potatoes) also have a very high glycemic index, so they spike your blood sugar, then quickly leave you, so you're hungry again soon.
More exercise also helps get a stall moving.
