I love it Oh so much. And I love you lol....I am glad I finally took your advice. I really dont exercise for crap maybe a little I park further away from things and dance and stuff. But I am not really dieting. I am eating things I like and it's even half greasy lol sometimes good stuff tho. I am always aware now tho. Like just now I enetered my lunch which was alot of calories but I know I have enough for later at the party I am going to. Which I usually dont eat much at a party. I just like being aware and knowing that I CAN have so many calories. Ahh love it! :)
Way to change your attitude, GURL! Think of the power-packing level of nutrients that you CAN have, not focus on the "wish I coulds"
What happened to you & your mama going to the gym???? i was thinking how good that arrangement was for you to while away some hours that you might have your face into boxes at the house!
