Breakfast
1 banana
1-1/4 cups Cream of Wheat
1 cup 1% milk
2 cups coffee
20 oz. water
Lunch
2 medium whole wheat pita breads with spinach, 3 slices tomato, 6 slices chicken lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
1 apple
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
20 oz. water
Dinner
1 thigh Provencal Chicken
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1 can vegetable soup
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
I will be weighing myself today, before lunch. I'll let you know if I've lost, gained, or stayed the same with my weight.
