Lunch
2 medium whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, 3 slices tomato, 6 slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
1 large peach
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
Salmon filet seasoned with lemon pepper on griddle
1 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
1 can vegetable soup
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
1 large Slimfast Bar
2 cups water

Kudos to you, especially for getting in all your water! I had a large black hazelnut coffee after WI and I don't think I got in as much as I was supposed to.
