weekend report
Exercise is in primo condition, Today a 2 hour bike ride; not super fast or challeging as I had about 6 hours sleep to operate on, but I did do hills and walked up most of them. Saturday: dancing for like 3 hours straight! Friday morning: 1 hour yoga. My food has been average. Need to get in more veggies today. Todays' lunch was a bit large: curry chicken and rice, aout 1.5 cups with 2 halves of a chapati. Ate a little too much crap at the party here and there. Drinking was at a normal level; was not hung over today! I have the rest of this day to go, so i plan to make a balanced meal tonight of turkey ala king, brown rice, peas & mushrooms. Water. How about y'all?????

My weekend was just like every day:
Breakfast is 1 whole egg omelet w/1/3 cup mozarella and .5 serving of Oscar Meyer shaved ham
I make my xhub's lunch and dinner to take with him.. so I roasted some chicken breasts w/garlic, onion powder and a bunch of oregano early this morning and I had 5.25 oz for dinner. It was great. I liked the omelet so much that I had one of them for lunch.
X wanted to go out to eat for my birthday today.. instead I made ribeye steak and shrimp scampi for dinner last night. We split a steak... about 6oz each and 8 shrimp. I was afaid to eat the steak.. LOL, but I had a delicious cup of zucchini! Exercise is on target so far. 1 hour of stationary biking at between 175 and 250 w. I'm getting ready to shop for a bench w/glut bar and a weight rack. So far, so good though.
My weight really hasn't moved much this weekend.. or maybe it's that I get on the scale way too much. It looks like a total of 45 down so far. Have a great week everyone! Lori
