weekend report

Exercise is in primo condition, Today a 2 hour bike ride; not super fast or challeging as I had about 6 hours sleep to operate on, but I did do hills and walked up most of them.  Saturday: dancing for like 3 hours straight! Friday morning:  1 hour yoga. My food has been average. Need to get in more veggies today. Todays' lunch was a bit large:  curry chicken and rice, aout 1.5 cups with 2 halves of a chapati. Ate a little too much crap at the party here and there. Drinking was at a normal level; was not hung over today!  I have the rest of this day to go, so i plan to make a balanced meal tonight of turkey ala king, brown rice, peas & mushrooms. Water.  How about y'all?????

Actually the weekend wasnt too bad for exercise and for food. I dont think I ate enough if ya can believe that. LOL I weighed in for the month for WW and am down almost 2lbs from last months weigh in. (gained 7lbs the month before due to medication) I worked at a meeting on Sunday mornings and that also keeps me in check and more motivated as I let and worked out at the gym. Yes, I did realize (dumb me) that to lose weight especially when one works out ya have to eat. DUH. Gosh us ''Healthcare Professionals'' (my full time job) think we know it and dont use what we know. Ok I am speaking for myself........................

I was really bad this weekend, really ate more than i should have. and little excercise, Oh well start out a new day tomorrow,  Like i say one day at a time huh? LOL!!!   Delilah

Well done, you are doing very good! Good exercise, dancing is soo much fun, I wish I could do it more but my huge bellie prevents me now LOL

My weekend was OK, but since I am not on the program untill I have given birth, it is not that important for me yet

this weekend was ok for me. was pretty busy all day saturday. sunday was a relaxing day. i also didn't really eat enough this weekened, was under for my calories both days. no exercise, as the weekend is my days off. this morning i WI at 325.8. and today starts my TOM. so, i'm excited that i didn't go UP a couple lbs.

This weekend HA! Was horrible. I had plans for it to go WAY different. Well Friday night I went to my boss's party with my mom. I didnt eat before I went out....SO I was drinking ALOT on an empty stomach...guess what that lead to.....Yea you're right Christa was hugging the toilet from 2am - 4:30am. OMG I swear I had slight poisoning...it was rough..so I wake up Saturday morning feel like i am dying i am supposed to drive north to party with my friend since it is her 21st birthday...there is no way I could, I couldnt even move! I did eat that day....It still turned out to be alot of calories but still....I think I am gonna step on the scales today a little late since I havent in a week.  I remember after having my session with the toilet I was sitting on the floor and I looked at my ex boyfriend who was there with me taking care of my butt and said does that count as not eating or drinking any calories for the day? He laughed and said I dunno just get into bed! lol. Drunk or not i still worry about my calories!!!!!

Went to the gym Saturday and Sunday!!! My net calories for Saturday was 506.   I could have eaten more... but elected not to. My net calories for Sunday was 1439.  Sunday after church had a double cheeseburger... but I was good the rest of the day.... plus I burned 650 calories at the gym... Saturday water intake was low.. but Sunday... I got more that enough water in the body!! This morning... I was 268

I usually take Sundays off from exercising, so any movement I got was from walking around in Wal-Mart and doing some light picking up at home. I WI on Sunday, so I keep things pretty light on Saturday.  On Sunday, though, I tend to tap into my Weekly Points Allowance (WW) -- I had cereal, banana and milk for breakfast; a homemade salad and a small Wendy's chili for lunch; and ground turkey with pasta, sauce and stewed tomatoes for dinner.  For snacks, I had a cup of grapes, a bowl of air-popped popcorn with Smart Balance Spray, and split a 50-cent bag of dark chocolate M&Ms with DH. Now that I eat a single serving of Fiber One cereal (0 points) I am scrambling to get all my points in for the day.

Hi.. can I jump in too??

 

My weekend was just like every day:

Breakfast is 1 whole egg omelet w/1/3 cup mozarella and .5 serving of Oscar Meyer shaved ham

I make my xhub's lunch and dinner to take with him.. so I roasted some chicken breasts w/garlic, onion powder and a bunch of oregano early this morning and I had 5.25 oz for dinner.  It was great.  I liked the omelet so much that I had one of them for lunch.

X wanted to go out to eat for my birthday today.. instead I made ribeye steak and shrimp scampi for dinner last night.  We split a steak... about 6oz each and 8 shrimp.  I was afaid to eat the steak.. LOL, but I had a delicious cup of zucchini! Exercise is on target so far.  1 hour of stationary biking at between 175 and 250 w.  I'm getting ready to shop for a bench w/glut bar and a weight rack.  So far, so good though.

My weight really hasn't moved much this weekend.. or maybe it's that I get on the scale way too much.  It looks like a total of 45 down so far. Have a great week everyone! Lori
